Distinctive Focus and Features

  • Multi-Level Process Mining: myInvenio is capable of handling multi-level event logs for complex processes containing entities with many-to-many relationships, such as Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C). Users can map several derived processes within a single comprehensive model for end-to-end visibility without biased or misleading statistics, solving the limitations faced by traditional Process Mining techniques.
  • Decision Rules Miner: This advanced Process Enhancement feature automatically discovers business rules based on event log data and adds them to the BPMN model. The discovered rules help the user understand why the process is following a specific route.
  • Simulation Engine: The sophisticated simulation feature executes the to-be process by analyzing what-if scenarios to identify the expected ROI and the impacts of process changes on the overall process. Activity-related settings include resource allocation, use of RPA bots as well as different active and waiting times. The model takes into consideration contextual data such as business rules to improve the accuracy of its results. Furthermore, the analysis considers varying business hours and modified BPMN models.
